SAMS #3

Glendale, Colorado

INSPIRATION

This exciting new restaurant and bar was created in the heart of Glendale, across the street from Colorado’s busiest King Soopers location. The client has established restaurant/diners in downtown Denver and Aurora, and identified Glendale as an ideal location for their third restaurant. The design program called for a complete gut of the existing building (once the home of Sam’s BBQ) with only the exterior walls and roof structure remaining. Significant additions were made for the bar, kitchen and dining areas. The new restaurant features a contemporary architectural styling blended with classic “Diner” elements to create a lively, social and interesting dining experience.
